Build Fortitude with Gratitude

Overview:

Holly beat both breast cancer and Hashimoto’s. She’s the author of the book Thriving in the Workplace with Autoimmune Disease: Know Your Rights, Resolve Conflict, and Reduce Stress, the first book ever to educate others on Autoimmune Disease as a legal disability in the U.S. workplace. She is an authority on autoimmune disease in the workplace and she’s a gratitude evangelist. Holly is currently the President and CEO of Pink Fortitude and founder of the health and wellness website pinkfortitude.com.

Holly’s passion is to help women view their chronic illness as a gift and unwrap resilience using a proven method to build fortitude with gratitude. Holly joined me to discuss how we can accelerate healing when we proactively practice gratitude.

In this interview we focus on gratitude and how to develop a mindset that moves you from victim to victor — or the empowered hero of your own healing journey and your life.

In this interview Holly shares:

✩ Her double whammy diagnoses

✩ Her mom’s inspiration

✩ Finding Functional Medicine

✩ Going Paleo

✩ Addressing the other F.I.G.H.T.S.™ factors: Infections, Toxins, and Stress

✩ The BIG needle-mover: emotional healing

✩ The science of gratitude

✩ The importance of identify-shifting

My favorite Holly quote:

“There is a gift inside of you. You just have to unwrap it and let it shine.”

Time sensitive opportunity!

If you enjoyed this and want to learn more about gratitude and healing mind, body, and spirit, Holly has assembled 30 autoimmune and mindset doctors, health coaches, and experts, including me, in her Gratitude Builds Fortitude Summit – Growing Resilience with Autoimmune Disease. This simple yet potentially life-changing online summit is free for 5 days: Monday, September 27 – October 1, 2021.

My hope for you is that you find freedom from autoimmune issues just as fast as possible so you can get on living your best life.

My bet is that an attitude of gratitude will help, no matter what.

With love and gratitude for you!
