About Niki Skye

Niki Skye, formerly known as Niki Gratrix, is an award-winning, internationally renowned functional health practitioner who is now a spiritual teacher and personal development coach. In 2005, Niki co-founded one of the largest mind-body clinics in integrative medicine in the UK, which won the award for outstanding practice in 2009. She has since completed over 10,000 consultations, helping people overcome fatigue, reclaim their lives, and live abundantly. Niki has spoken at over 50 online healing summits, reaching more than 1 million people worldwide.

In this meaty and important conversation, Niki and I discuss the impact of childhood trauma, tools for identifying potential trauma, how to become aware of unconscious self-protective patterns that no longer serve you, and healing modalities available to support you in releasing these traumas.

Niki offers groundbreaking insights that will help you understand the connections between traumatic programming and health struggles and she provides a pathway to begin healing old wounds that may unknowingly be impacting your health.
