Elle Russ is an author, actor, health/life coach, and host of the Primal Blueprint Podcast. She personally recovered from hypothyroidism and wrote a fantastic book to help others called The Paleo Thyroid Solution: Stop Feeling Fat, Foggy, And Fatigued At The Hands Of Uninformed Doctors – Reclaim Your Health! Elle is becoming the leading voice of thyroid health in the burgeoning Evolutionary Health Movement (also referred to as Paleo, Primal, or Ancestral Health). She invited me on her show to discuss how we can reverse autoimmune conditions naturally.

    Here’s what you’ll learn:

    • What MS is; how the immune system attacks myelin sheath
    • Why autoimmune conditions are one problem with 150+ names
    • How the shame of having a hidden illness can create more stress
    • How the question “Why did you get the MS?” became my North Star
    • My MS healing journey from total body numbness and diagnosis at 19 to complete reversal two decades later
    • How adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) are a big root cause of autoimmune conditions, even decades later
    • A summary of key experiments I tried over the decades and how finally finding my lynchpin root cause (a top toxic food) led to complete healing
    • We discuss F.I.G.H.T.S.™ as the big root cause categories we can control and how mindset and food are the best places to start a healing journey

    Here’s my interview with Elle:

    1. I have also been diagnosed with MS. What I find very interesting about diagnosis of MS is that there does not seem to be differential Dx. And there apparently other reasons that affect the myelin sheath. Is there too much rapidity in dx.
